Suspend membership

I understand the suspension can be between 3 weeks - 3 months In length, Longer suspension can be granted for a medical reason or other circumstances, if approved by a gym manager. This must be done @ the facility*.

My membership will reactivate automatically at my specified suspension end date. If I wish to keep my membership suspended for longer than the specified time I have to contact the club at least 48 hours prior*
I understand that I will not be contacted, and payments will resume automatically from my suspension end date. It is up to me to keep a note of this date*.

I understand this should not be considered actioned,until I have received confirmation from zero-2-100 or debit success*.
